Job Posting: Commission-only Sales Representatives

Ad specialties, also known as promotional products, is a multibillion-dollar industry. Items like mugs, pens and T-shirts are memorable and may achieve a better cost per impression for advertisers than most major marketing strategies such as TV, magazines and the Internet. Our services can provide companies with every possible promotional product available, all while being tailored to the specific needs and budget of the client.

We are in search of dynamic and talented Sales Reps to help us grow our current client base throughout Canada.

WHAT your main responsibilities will be:
- Direct Sales
- Generate your own leads via prospecting and cold calling
- Business Development and researching new markets, building a solid pipeline of clients
- Sourcing: i.e. Product research to fit client’s marketing needs with our offerings
- Price quotations
- Outstanding Customer Service and follow up

HOW you qualify:
- Previous experience in the Promotional Products Industry is highly recommended, but not mandatory
- Sales experience: minimum 1 year
- Bilingual (French/English), other spoken languages are an asset
- Responsible with good work ethic
- Excellent people skills
- Self-starter with a “Go-getter” attitude
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Good math skills
- Car
